Glenora Wine Cellars
Glenora Wine Cellars is pleased to announce the start of their Ninth Annual Celebrity Guest Chef Pasta nights at Veraisons Restaurant. The Thursday night series begins on January 8th and continues until April 30th.
Every Thursday, local celebrities will don aprons to prepare and serve guests fresh dishes of pasta from the pasta buffet station. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the charity of the Chef’s choice each evening. At the conclusion of the series, Glenora Wine Cellars matches the donation to the charity that brings in the most patrons. On the horizon 2016 marks the 10th Anniversary of the series, which will bring a season long celebration, with details to come throughout 2015.
Guests receive a fresh garden salad, a bread basket at their table, and unlimited trips to the pasta station. The Celebrity Chefs, with help from Verasions staff, create fresh custom-made dishes of pasta from a selection of homemade sauces and ingredients including an array of meats, fresh vegetables, garlic, and herbs.

Preschool Storytime: Warm-Up Time!
Branchport Library Grapevine
Our preschool storytime is every Friday at 11:00 am and is open to all ages. Preschool storytime is designed to introduce a variety of “school-ready” concepts to children ages 2-4. Each storytime explores the magic of reading through themed stories, songs, dance, games and crafts.
Remember, storytime is an enriching program for preschool aged children to help build their social skills, develop their fine and gross motor skills and establish reading skills and word knowledge. These milestones are important to the growth and development of your little one.
Branchport Library Grapevine
We offer a Pre-School Storytime every Friday morning at 11:00AM. Becky Holder leads children ages 0-5 in song, fingerplays, dancing, rhythm music, and story participation.
Each week’s stories are based on a different theme, and we always end with a craft or a “story souvenir” to take home. All preschool children, parents, grandparents, and other caregivers are welcome! School age brothers and sisters often come back to join the fun during school vacations.
Dates: January 31, 2015
Location: Flick Gallery
There will not be any featured artists during the winter interlude, but there are several works of art on hand. Come in to browse and visit. We’d love to see you.
