Annual Steak Roast—Margaritaville Wine Club Members Only
It’s that time of year when we welcome our most loyal customers—our wine club members and treat them to a fun event that includes wood fired pizzas, pre-releasead wines, char grilled steaks, music, prizes and more. Rooster Hill’s seventh annual summer celebration will have a tropical twist again with a Margaritaville theme. Put on a straw hat, bring your pet parrot if you have one and wear tropical colors to get in the mood and enjoy the fun as we celebrate our wines and our members.
The cost is $45 per person plus tax

This dance hall hostess dreams of a brighter future but she can’t help bu give her heart to all the wrong guys. Then she meets the meek, sweet Oscar Lindquist when they get trapped in an elevator! Could he be the man to change Charity’s luck? Come enjoy the show and the memorable music at the Shaw Festival Theatre, Niagara on the Lane, Canada. You’ll dine at Betty’s in Niagara Falls before the show.

Branchport Library Grapevine
We offer a Pre-School Storytime every Friday morning at 11:00AM. Becky Holder leads children ages 0-5 in song, fingerplays, dancing, rhythm music, and story participation.
Each week’s stories are based on a different theme, and we always end with a craft or a “story souvenir” to take home. All preschool children, parents, grandparents, and other caregivers are welcome! School age brothers and sisters often come back to join the fun during school vacations.
Enjoy a lasagna dinner from Rainbow Junction on Keuka Street Friday, July 31, 2015 from 4-6:15 or until sold out. Your take home dinner includes lasagna (regular or vegetable), salad, green beans, a bread stick and a brownie! Adult dinners are are $7 and kiddo size are $6. Music Series at Stever Hill Vineyards

Touring Historic Main Street Penn Yan
Visitors and locals alike enjoy the historic buildings along Main Street. Join tour guides at 10:30am at the Oliver Hours Museum for a jaunt down Main Street. Did you know that both Jenny Lind and Tom Thumb appeared at the Cornwell Opera House (now Long’s Cards and Books)? These and other lesser known tidbits will be shared. Participants will receive the booklet, “Historic Main Street A Walking Tour” published by the Yates County Chamber of Commerce. Fee is $5 for YCHC members and $10 for non-members. Become a member at the door! Tours last about 1 1/2 hours. Wear comfortable shoes-tours will head to Main St. bridge and back to enjoy the Oliver House Museum exhibits! Garlic Festival at Fox Run Vineyards

The two days of the festival include cooking demonstrations, garlic tastings and ample opportunities to meet the area’s top artisan garlic growers and chefs.
