Like flight attendants always say, you have to put your own oxygen mask on before you can help anyone else! Take some time for you this weekend, and drop by Self-Care Saturday to get started on creating a self-care starter kit, and enjoy a complementary cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa. Participants will leave with the beginnings of a self-care plan that will help them reduce stress and maintain and improve their health and sense of well-being. This free drop-in program is meant for teens and adults.
