Chef Scott hones his talents to utilize fat's fantastic texture as well as its preservative and cooking potential to create an opulent 10 course meal. Each course is expertly paired with Ravines wine, whose driven acid compliments the richness of the meal.

The event begins at 6:00 P.M. with a glass of sparkling wine, a brief tour of the cellar
with barrel tasting, where guests recieve an in-depth experience of the winemaking process.
